So, on the 2012.12.05 01:35:20 I put a one million ISK bounty on some guy... So far so good. 6 minutes later at 2012.12.05 01:42:01 exactly, I got 500k back with the description "Bounty reimbursed". Now the guy got no bounty and there is no kill...
